The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has published responses from its online consultation regarding what it proposes as an Internet “Code of Conduct” meant to provide fairness with respect to Internet Service Providers (ISPs). The resulting feedback indicate several disagreements between prominent providers, including Bell, Rogers, Telus and TekSavvy.
Overall reactions were positive to the idea, but concerns were raised regarding disproportionate effects between larger providers and smaller independent ones.
